Development of a Restitution Model in Optimizing Legal Protection for Victims of Human Trafficking in Indonesia

This study aims to develop a model for the effective implementation of restitution criminal sanctions against individuals involved in trafficking persons. The findings this research hold strategic significance terms providing legal protection victims and enhancing concept restitution. focuses on evaluating effectiveness imposing traffickers through judicial decisions Indonesia. By employing sociological juridical approach, examines norms court rulings pertaining prosecutors' charges crimes. analysis these reveals that out cases reviewed, only seven included sanctions, none perpetrators fulfilled their obligations.
